Strategy and Execution

  • Be a creative storyteller within specific brand standards. You must be able to create customer quizzes, educational modules, email copy, and more.
  • Be responsible for creating, optimizing, and strategizing the direction of content for specific brands.
  • Be proficient in using different digital platforms for content hosting (e.g Typeform, Klaviyo, Shopify).
  • Conduct intensive research related to the client industry and its brand. You need to have strong writing skills as well as the ability to be flexible in terms of tone.
  • Have deep know-how and advanced skills in writing for various digital project channels (website, email, social media, etc.).
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide suggestions for different aspects of creatives as well as general approaches in the strategy or execution.

Testing and Optimization

  • Stay on top of trends and updates in client-related industries and apply possible changes to published content to keep them relevant.
  • Capable of ensuring that produced content—regardless of its form—is interesting, relevant, and discoverable.
  • Be able to analyze the effectiveness of published content, and perform A/B testing, and optimization.
  • Set clear goals for every project and come up with ways how to measure them effectively.


  • Work alongside the Head of Content Marketing and fellow content creation specialists.
  • Genuinely care for the brands and propose ways for improvement consistently.
  • Take TransBiz and Content, Lifecycle, and Social Group culture seriously. You must espouse independence, willingness to learn new skills, and think strategically.


  • You have at least two (2) years of experience in digital marketing or digital content production.
  • You have comprehensive working experience in writing, editing, and content production (blogs, native articles, online modules).
  • You have experience using different digital platforms for content hosting (e.g Typeform, Klaviyo, Shopify).
  • You have a deep understanding of customer psychology and lifecycle.
  • You have a background or genuine interest in e-commerce, digital, and lifecycle marketing.
  • You have exceptional organizational skills in managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
  • You take systems and processes by heart and not just build a great strategy but want to see it all the way through to implementation and results.
  • You are a self-starter and are known to work with minimum supervision with great attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are ready to jump on audio and video calls.
  • You must resonate with our Vivid Vision 2024.
